Approach to Therapy
I take an holistic approach to therapy, as I work to treat the whole individual - spirit, soul and body. I primarily work from an attachment, interpersonal and emotionally-focused approach to therapy. In my sessions I focus on establishing an open, safe, trusting and collaborative relationship with my clients, which serves as the foundation for client change.

I seek to help clients discover their full potential by turning adversity and pain into opportunities for growth, healing and learning. I aim to help clients overcome obstacles in their lives, and seek to help clients discover how to live life more abundantly, in all areas of their life.
